By choosing this service, you entrust us with the responsibility to manage your staffing needs, allowing you to focus more on your core business activities. For this service, we charge a fee of 10% on the monthly salary of the staff managed.

The vast majority work remotely from their home office or a co-working space.
Our service specializes in connecting you with top-tier experts, tailored to your project's scope and budget. We charge a straightforward fee of 15% of the annual salary, ensuring transparency and simplicity in our pricing.
In addition to this, we offer a 30-day replacement cycle for your assurance. If the initially assigned expert does not meet your satisfaction within the first 30 days, we provide a suitable replacement
at no extra hiring fee.
For payment arrangements, we take a secure approach. 100% of the payments are held by our company and are released to your expert(s) in pre-agreed milestones throughout their time in your company. This process is in place until the end of the 30-day replacement cycle, guaranteeing efficient management of your investment.
